Logistics Support (Remote | U.S. | EST) - Contract to Hire
Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Support person to help with daily logistics tasks. This is a remote, freelance role.
Because of work hours and coordination needs, we prefer freelancers located in Florida (Eastern Time Zone).
Responsibilities
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Update shipment information in Excel or Google Sheets
- Communicate with vendors and carriers by email or phone
- Help prepare simple logistics documents
- Provide general admin support related to logistics
Requirements
- Experience with logistics or admin support (basic experience is fine)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work during EST business hours
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
