Develop and execute strategies to optimize third-party logistics operations for The Coca-Cola Company.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to third-party logistics providers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in third-party logistics to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to internal teams on third-party logistics processes and procedures.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on logistics performance and recommend solutions for any issues.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business goals and objectives.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize processes to enhance the overall logistics function.
