About the Position ️✨ Locum Diagnostic Radiologist – Telemedicine Weekends! ✨ Flexible Weekend Coverage | Remote | General Diagnostic Reads Position: Locum – Diagnostic Radiologist Location: Grass Valley, CA (Telemedicine – Remote) ⚕️ Providers Needed: 1–2 Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts (Weekends Only) About the Role A California-based system is seeking 1–2 Diagnostic Radiologists to provide weekend telemedicine coverage reading general diagnostic studies. Must be skilled in: X-ray MRI CT ️ Ultrasound MSK & Body experience preferred! You will be supporting both inpatient and outpatient imaging volumes. Pay Rate ✨ $430 per hour ️ Weekend Dates Available (credentialing takes up to 90 days — earliest eligible start) January: 3–4, 10–11, 24–25 February: 7–8, 21–22 March: 7–8 April: 4–5 May: 2–3, 30–31 June: 13–14, 27–28 ⏰ Shift Options: • 8 AM – 5 PM • 9 AM – 6 PM Workload & Environment • Average daily shared load (2 providers): – 75 CTs – 20 MRIs – 200 X-rays • EMR: Cerner • PACS: Merge • Voice Recognition: Nuance PowerScribe 360 • 24/7 IT support • Workstation equipment provided ⚕️ Requirements ✔️ Board Certified Radiologist ✔️ Active CA medical license ✔️ California Fluoroscopy S&O permit ✔️ Must reside in CA, CO, MI, NY, SC, or FL (billing compliance requirement) ✔️ Clean malpractice preferred Credentialing ⏳ Timeframe: 60–90 days Includes credentialing with both the medical foundation and hospital.
