Loan Servicing Representative
Sun West is a nationwide full-service mortgage lender with 40 years of experience and is proudly family-owned. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as the liaison between our company and our family of homeowners. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Ā The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for effectively solving complex customer service issues while delivering best in class service regarding home mortgage loans
Qualifications:
Ā Customer Service
Ā Call Center experience
Ā Collection experience is a plus
Ā Mortgage experience is a plus
Ā Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
Requisite Skills:
Ā Strong written and verbal communication
Ā Active listening
Ā Excellent time management
Ā Identify and assess customer's needs
Ā Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Ā Ability to comprehend and follow directions
Ā Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems
Ā Ability to multi-task and remain focused
Ā Document clear and concise comments
Ā Accept and apply constructive feedback
Note: This position has the option to work remotely or from the corporate office located in Cerritos, CA.
