Responsibilities
Participate in a 12-15 week training program to learn about mortgage loan products and sales techniques.

Negotiate rates and lock in mortgage loans for customers.

Retain customers through exceptional service and support.

Pass the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act test and obtain necessary state licenses.

Implement process improvement ideas to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in a corporate office setting or relevant experience such as an internship or leadership position.

Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Strong negotiation and customer retention abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work with multiple computer screens.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to secure and maintain NMLS licensing.
Nice-to-haves
Bilingual in Spanish and Mandarin highly preferred.

Previous experience in the financial and/or mortgage industries preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and a self-driven mentality.
