Key Responsibilities: Design personalized itineraries tailored to each clients needs and preferences. Research destinations, activities, and experiences to create unique recommendations. Manage schedules and bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities. Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed. This remote position is available to candidates from all educational backgrounds and experience levels. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional booking experience for our guests. You will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information about our services, and maintaining our booking system efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and availability. Update and maintain the booking system with current reservation details. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Process payment information and confirm reservations with guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Track and report on reservation trends and guest feedback. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (ANY educational background accepted). Proficient in computer applications and booking systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
