LMFT or LCSW-California Licensed-Remote-Part Time to Start

Clarity Squared Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity to start. As an LMFT, you will provide telehealth psychotherapy focusing on Workers Comp patients, veterans, military families and others. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. The ability to go full time is available over time.

You will engage with clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges, get back on the job and improve their overall well-being. Initial expectations are for 8-16 sessions per week, with potential for growth as demand increases.

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid California LMFT or LCSW license.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and confidence in providing virtual therapy.
• Strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities
• Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne; training provided.
• Ability to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if desired.

Languages: Ability to provide therapy in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
