As a Study Start Up Associate I at ICON, you will facilitate the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering site start-up and activation work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
Assists in authoring/contributing to clinical trial start up documents and trial related plans developed by CROs and vendors.

Assists the SSU team with reporting, meeting minutes, presentation slides, and document tracking and filing.

Manages the documenting of study related issues and escalations, and communicates as appropriate with SSU Manager/SB&C Manager

Maintains knowledge and acts as team super user or subject matter expert for related systems and processes.

Maintains up to date training record attending internal/external training(s) as necessary.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant site start-up and activation experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree required

At least 1 year of experience in start up (Study Coordinator, CTA or Start up Associate)

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks according to deadlines

Ability to take ownership and manage tasks as well as communicate effectively

Ability to collaborate with others to drive deliverables forward

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
