Job Description We are looking for an experienced TikTok Livestream Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging livestream shopping experience by managing interactions, moderating comments, and fostering a positive community environment. You will work closely with our livestream hosts and social commerce team to enhance audience engagement and maintain brand integrity. Responsibilities • Monitor and moderate TikTok livestream sessions in real time, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience. • Manage live chat, respond to audience questions, and filter inappropriate or disruptive comments. • Assist the host by relaying key audience insights and addressing frequently asked questions. • Encourage engagement by interacting with viewers, fostering discussions, and promoting featured products. • Identify and escalate any technical or community-related issues to the appropriate teams. • Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve future livestream sessions. • Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform policies, and best practices to enhance livestream performance. Qualifications • Proven experience as a TikTok Livestream Moderator or similar role in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital content moderation. • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, features, and community guidelines. • Excellent communication and multitasking skills to manage high-volume audience interactions. • Ability to handle fast-paced livestream environments with professionalism and efficiency. • Passion for luxury fashion and familiarity with high-end brands is a plus. • Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend livestreams based on audience engagement (20-35 hours per week and on-site) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Are you authorized to work in the States? • Are you able to do 24-40 hours per week with flexible working hours?
