Live Chat Support Specialist (REMOTE)

At Thrive365, we are looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our clients via our online chat platform. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive and seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through live chat, providing immediate assistance and troubleshooting technical issues
- Address client inquiries and concerns, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
- Provide accurate and detailed information on our products and services to clients
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional tone at all times
- Document all... client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the live chat support process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and support

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using live chat platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
