Job Title Live Chat Support Job Location United States Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour Responsibilities • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat. • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience. Qualifications • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
