The role involves driving product adoption, ensuring customer success, and influencing retention and expansion outcomes through strong partnerships with executive stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of strategic dealership and enterprise automotive accountsBuild trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makersDevelop account success plans aligned with customer business objectivesDrive onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term product utilizationIdentify barriers to adoption and proactively execute success plansEnsure customers realize measurable ROI from Spyne's platformOwn customer health, retention, and renewal outcomesPartner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities across existing accountsSupport upsell and cross-sell initiatives through strong customer advocacy and value demonstrationLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning sessionsPresent insights, usage trends, ROI metrics, and recommendations to dealership leadership teamsInfluence executive stakeholders through data-driven storytellingAct as the bridge between customers and internal teamsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to shape roadmap priorities and improve customer experienceSurface actionable feedback that drives product innovationSkills4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Client Services within SaaS or technology companiesProven experience managing U.S.-based customers and executive stakeholdersStrong customer lifecycle ownership experience, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansionExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsData-driven approach to customer management and business reviewsAbility to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambiguityWillingness to travel regularly across the United StatesExperience working with enterprise or mid-market accountsAutomotive retail technology experienceFamiliarity with dealership ecosystems, CRM platforms, DMS platforms, or retail operationsExperience with AI, automation, SaaS, or digital transformation productsKnowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Looker, or TableauCompany OverviewSpyne is a Deep Tech startup helping businesses and marketplaces create and upgrade high-quality product images and videos at scale with AI.
