We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate assistance through our live chat platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and familiarity with live chat software.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications a plus.
Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience with live chat support is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
