We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to build the next generation of high-performance web experiences for millions of customers. This role is for a dedicated innovation team that works closely with senior executives and tech leadership, focused on rapid prototyping, POCs, and taking experimental ideas to market. You will be the team building the next generation of Bluehost products. Your ideas will move quickly from idea to production, leveraging modern frameworks, scalable architecture, and AI-accelerated development workflows to deliver exceptional user experiences. This is a role for a builder who thrives in speed, owns end-to-end outcomes, and wants to redefine how front-end systems are created and delivered. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. · Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale · Build front-end interfaces that integrate LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations. Rapidly prototype new product concepts and iterate based on user feedback. · Leverage agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real time · Move from concept → prototype → production within days · Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs · Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic applications · Collaborate cross-functionally to ship continuously, not episodically · Drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. · 3+ years of experience building modern web applications · Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript · Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 · LLM API integration experience. Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience. · Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems · Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments · Experience in high-scale SaaS or platform environments · Hands-on building AI-assisted development tools · Strong understanding of APIs, performance, and scalable architecture · Thrive in environments where: o speed > perfection o ambiguity is expected o ownership is end-to-end Why you’ll love us. · Work-life balance.
