As a Live Chat Specialist at CBS, you will be the frontline support for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses through our live chat platform. You will be responsible for addressing a variety of inquiries, assisting users with troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires a unique blend of customer service skills, technical knowledge, and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our audience.
• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and service expertise.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolutions while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
- Collect and document customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to provide insights for product improvements and customer service enhancements.
