We're now seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Filing and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. **About the Role** As a Digital Filing and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of our digital records and documents. You'll be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining digital records, ensuring that all information is filed correctly and easily retrievable. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and digital filing systems. **Key Responsibilities** • Accurately input data into digital filing systems and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents to ensure easy retrieval, using industry-leading data management software. • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable. • Assist with scanning and digitizing physical documents for electronic storage, using state-of-the-art document scanning technology. • Update and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. • Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding digital records as needed, using excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and filing systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation. • Perform regular backups of digital files to prevent data loss, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies and procedures. **Qualifications and Requirements** • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry, digital filing, or administrative support, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, with a strong sense of prioritization and deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. **What We Offer** • Competitive hourly rate of $28-$32 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. • Remote work options, with the flexibility to work from home or a designated arenaflex office location. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement. • Opportunities for professional growth and development, with access to training and development programs. • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for data entry and digital filing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
