Duties
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Ā Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or complaints
Ā Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
Ā Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Ā Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Ā Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ā Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information accurately
