Overview

Duties

Ā Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Ā Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services.
Ā Utilize computerized systems to track and manage customer requests efficiently.
Ā Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ā Provide feedback on common issues or trends observed during interactions with customers.
Requirements
Ā Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
Ā Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Ā Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems and software applications.
Ā Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
