The role involves defining work elements, analyzing data, and managing strategic projects to improve efficiency and capacity.ResponsibilitiesDefine work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United StatesTrend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacityReview, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS)Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurationsSupport/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration.
