As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies.
- **Problem Solving:** Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (such as Sales, Support, and Product) to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Meet or exceed performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- **Promote Company Values:** Exhibit LKQs core values in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
*Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- **Reliability:** Demonstrated reliability in meeting work schedules and deadlines.
- **Resilience:** Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced and challenging situations.
