Job Description:
Penske Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess... excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Reliable and energetic personality traits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
