Attorneys with other litigation experience, including criminal and family law, are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities:In this role, you will work closely with experienced attorneys handling complex legal matters. Responsibilities include:Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.Client Interaction: Develop strong professional relationships with clients by understanding their legal needs and providing sound advice.Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense and other civil disputes.Depositions & Discovery: Handle depositions, prepare witnesses, attend hearings, and effectively manage the discovery process.Trial Preparation: Collaborate with senior attorneys during trial preparation and provide litigation support as necessary. Compensation and Benefits:This role offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 to $125,000 annually, with subjective and objective annual bonuses.
