Responsibilities
Ā Prepare and cook pizzas with precision and attention to detail
Ā Follow cooking charts and recipes to ensure consistent quality
Ā Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Ā Collaborate with the kitchen manager and team members to ensure smooth operations
Ā Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
Ā Uphold the Pizza Inn experience by delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
Ā Must be 18 years old or older.
Ā Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ā Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ā Ability to follow cooking charts and recipes accurately.
Ā Light cleaning duties, including taking out trash and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Ā Willingness to learn and take direction from the Kitchen Manager.
Ā ServSafe certification is a plus!
Ā Understands FIFO rotation
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Ā Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
Ā Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
Ā Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
Ā Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
Ā Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
