IT Technology Services Procurement /Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist :
- Manage procurement of IT technology services
- Oversee offshore and outsourcing initiatives related to technology services
- Act as a liaison between various business units within the corporation
- Draft and manage contracts for IT technology services
- Utilize Ariba Buyer/Professional for procurement processes
- Manage projects and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with supply chain management best practices
- Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in technology services procurement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their technology service needs
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management, MUST HAVE technology services procurement and offshore/outsourcing experience
- Strong background in contract drafting and management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across various business units
- Experience with Ariba Buyer/Professional or similar procurement software
- Demonstrated project and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in technology services procurement
- Understanding of offshore and outsourcing models in the technology sector
- Ability to analyze complex procurement data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing technological environment
