Life & Health Insurance Agent (Remote | Nationwide Expansion)

We are scaling our national team and seeking motivated, disciplined individuals for a fully remote Life & Health Insurance Agent role. This position offers complete flexibility, top-tier training, and full access to all systems at no cost. Whether you are experienced or entering the industry for the first time, we provide everything needed to build a successful and long-term career.
Due to high demand, we are opening a limited number of agent seats during this hiring cycle.
What We Provide (All Company-Paid)
- Full CRM system for pipeline, client tracking, and automation
- Pre-licensing program included for candidates needing their Life & Health license
- Lead system included – warm, inbound, and high-intent leads
- Ability to operate in all 50 states
- Completely remote environment – work from anywhere
- Daily mentorship, structured onboarding, and ongoing skills training
- Clear performance-based advancement (no tenure requirements)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients seeking Life & Health insurance solutions
- Conduct needs-based consultations via phone or Zoom
- Present policy options in a clear, compliant, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up in the CRM
- Engage in continuous training to improve results and performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous sales, customer service, or call experience is helpful but not required
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (Company covers all pre-licensing costs)
Compensation
This is a 100% commission role with no income caps. High-performing agents consistently see substantial income growth due to our lead system, training, and support structure.
