Licensed Professional Counselor/Counselor Resident- Contract
Transcending Adversity Counseling is an outpatient Therapy practice providing tele-health counseling to individuals, couples, groups, and more. We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) or Resident in Mental Health Counseling for a Part- Time opportunity.
Salary/ Hourly Wage:
$25-$30 an hour for Resident in Mental Health Counseling
$40-$55 an hour for Licensed Mental Health Professionals
Education Requirements:
1. Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology and Active license in good standing in the state of Virginia. or
2. Completion of 60 coursework hours and registry with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Resident in Counseling.
Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):
• Contribute a minimum of 8 counseling/ therapy hours a week
• Ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policy
• Uphold company values and morals
• Be able to work remotely while in compliance with HIPAA
• Maintain stable and secure access to the internet.
