Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to accurately determine client needs.
• Deliver individual sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, etc.
• Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety and stability during urgent situations.
• Provide specialized counseling for issues including PTSD, grief, addiction, gender identity concerns, chronic pain management, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring accuracy in medical terminology and coding (CPT coding).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and clinical research initiatives.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver high-quality mental health services across diverse geographic locations.
Experience
• Valid licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT with active state licensing credentials.
• Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
