Must have our Clinical Director as their supervisor.Tier 2: Fully Licensed Clinicians (0-2 years Post- Licensure)$62,000-$70,000Fully licensed (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW). General experience providing mental health care.Tier 3: Experienced Clinicians (2–3 Years Post-Licensure)$71,000-80,0002–3 years post-licensure with specialized training (e.g., trauma-informed care, EMDR, or CPT preferred).Tier 4: Advanced Clinicians (3+ Years Post-Licensure)$81,000-$85,0003+ years post-licensure with advanced training in trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, CPT) and experience working with first responders.Additional Options for Part Time EmployeesSalaries are prorated based on the number of clients seen weekly.Example: A Tier 3 clinician seeing 20 clients weekly would earn approximately $35,500-$40,000 Revenue-Sharing Model for High-Volume CliniciansClinicians have the option to see up to 35 clients per week, with a 60-40 split on client payments for sessions 31–35 (clinician keeps 60%; 40% allocated to overhead).Unbeatable Benefits for Full-Time EmployeesHealth Insurance75% of premium for Blue Preferred Silver PPO 419 (HDHP) for employees; 50% for dependents.
