They are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Senior Data & Insights Analyst who will transform complex data into meaningful business insights and support consulting engagements through quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and key business driversTransform quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for clientsDevelop data-driven narratives, executive presentations, analytical models, dashboards, and written deliverables that clearly communicate findings and business implicationsConduct financial analysis, benchmarking, scenario modeling, supplier analysis, and corporate real estate portfolio assessmentsAbstract, analyze, and interpret corporate real estate documents, contracts, and operational dataSupport project teams in developing pricing models, financial baselines, RFI/RFQ/RFP documentation, reports, and client recommendationsPartner with project teams and clients to define key business questions, formulate hypotheses, and validate conclusions using multiple data sourcesIdentify root causes of performance issues and recommend opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements, and process optimizationUtilize AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, documentation, and insight developmentEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve analytical effectiveness and consulting deliverablesSupport project management activities including planning, meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder communicationParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, both remote and in person as requiredContribute to SIREAS knowledge management, Center of Excellence assets, business development efforts, and continuous improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, procurement, strategic sourcing, consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience transforming data into strategic business insights and recommendationsStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting both quantitative and qualitative informationExperience performing trend analysis, benchmarking, financial analysis, business performance assessments, and scenario modelingExperience developing executive-level presentations and communicating analytical findings to senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with corporate real estate concepts, portfolio management, workplace services, facilities management, or outsourcing environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills; experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and large datasetsExperience with AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platformsMBA or equivalent master's degree in real estate, finance, business, analytics, or related fieldKnowledge of statistics, business metrics, data visualization, and business intelligence conceptsBenefitsBenefit package including bonus poolHealth insurance401(k) programFlexible time offCompany OverviewSIREAS is a real estate and outsourcing management consulting firm.
