Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Remote | WFH

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping trauma injury patients overcome and manage their mental and emotional challenges. You'll work closely with patients to understand their issues, diagnose disorders, and create effective treatment plans to guide their recovery.

Key Responsibilities...

Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate both staff and patients on effective stress and trauma management techniques.

Provide resources and support to help individuals achieve their personal goals.

Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers, and community programs to ensure patients receive comprehensive services.

Engage in continuing education to maintain certification and stay updated with the latest practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with trauma patients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce and EMR systems is highly desirable.
