As part of our growing clinical team, you’ll provide essential mental health services to adults with ASD—all while working remotely with flexible scheduling and a team that values collaboration, integrity, and impact. What You’ll Do: As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will: • Provide telehealth-based therapeutic services for adults with ASD, including diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and care planning. • Support clients in achieving emotional, behavioral, and community-integration goals through evidence-based practices. • Collaborate with our internal teams (Behavioral Support, Community Support, and Admin) to ensure well-rounded, consistent care. • Offer clinical insight and recommendations during interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized support plans. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid/HCBS guidelines and ACCS standards. • Comply with all ethical, legal, and professional standards, including HIPAA and Pennsylvania state regulations. • Who You Are: • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist • Experienced in working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related neurodevelopmental conditions (strongly preferred) • Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth platforms in a HIPAA-compliant environment • Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing caseloads remotely • Passionate about person-centered care and equity in behavioral health • Why You’ll Love Working at ACCS: • Fully Remote: Work from the comfort of your home while making a real-world impact. • Flexible Scheduling: Options to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and availability. • Supportive Environment: Join a mission-driven, values-based team committed to inclusion and professional growth. • Paid Training and Onboarding: We’ll make sure you’re supported from Day One. • Growth Opportunities: Potential for supervision roles or expanded clinical responsibilities as we grow. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) or Medicaid-funded programs • Familiarity with service documentation requirements and electronic health records (EHR) • Previous experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or autism-specific therapies • Benefits (Available for Full-Time Clinicians): • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Employer Matching • Paid Time Off • Life Insurance • Tuition & CEU Reimbursement • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Work Schedule: • Flexible hours available Monday–Friday • Some evening availability may be helpful to accommodate client schedules • This is a remote position; in-person work is not required Join ACCS and Work with Purpose If you're ready to deliver meaningful, person-centered care in a fully remote role with a compassionate team behind you, we want to hear from you.
