Licensed Medicare Agent
We are looking to add Licensed Health Insurance agents to our agency based in Tampa, FL. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal driven, individuals, who are ready to be with an agency that is agent focused. This is a position with exponential potential for growth not just professionally but financially. We invest in our agents so you can grow in all areas of this job. We know how hard it is finding an agency that is worth staying at long term, which is why we do things different than all the other average agencies.
We are offer remote positions and in office positions at our Tampa office. In office will come with higher commissions and additional earnings opportunities compared to remote.
This is an Inbound, Commission Only Call Center. NO COLD CALLING.
Job Description:
• Agent will be trained to professionally assist clients in reviewing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage plans/ Health Indemnity Plans/ Dental and Vision ancillary plans/ Cancer and Heart Attack Plans/ Final Expense
• IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Sales Experience
• Dedicated and motivated
Position highlights:
• Commission only position, Up to $135 per qualified enrollment with volume based bonuses on top.
• 24 month vestment in your renewals. Start earning industry leading monthly residual checks on your business!
• All marketing costs paid for.
• This is an LOA position, not independent, direct pay from carrier agent position.
• Training bonus paid upon successful completion of training and first 5 qualified and approved enrollments.
• Warm Inbound Calls Only – NO cold calling, NO outbound dialing!
• Monday-Friday schedule
• All expenses paid company trip for top performers!

• Remote must have reliable high speed, wired internet connection, which will be tested prior to being hired.
