Licensed Loan Officer (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced & skilled Licensed Loan Officer to join Connect Loans on a contract basis. Responsibilities:
• Originate residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM product
• Manage client relationships from application to closing
• Advise borrowers on loan products that best fit their financial needs
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan processing
• Optional: Attend networking events to build relationships and attract new clients
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Loan Officer certification
• Proven experience as a loan officer or mortgage originator
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and client service skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote environments
• Proficiency in loan origination software
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
