As a pioneer and game-changer, you will:

Develop and execute a sales pipeline to achieve sales and OI targets for Costa AFH
Identify and qualify customer targets, craft tailored sales presentations, and convert prospects into customers
Manage pilots, contracts, and installations to ensure compliance with Costa's commercial, financial, brand excellence, quality, and safety requirements
Fuel growth for Costa B2B platforms by providing specialist commercial and coffee industry expertise to partners and customers
Engage with C-suite contacts to influence coffee strategy and drive pilots for Costa Coffee platforms
Ensure the US Costa business unit meets ABP targets by working with partners to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition and sales process support

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
7+ years of experience in defining strategy, marketing plans, and commercializing operating models with direct people leadership experience
Experience across functions, including brand management, category management, marketing, e-commerce, sales, and operations
Previous experience in face-to-face customer sales, operations, project management, and data analysis
A demonstrated ability to deliver transformational initiatives and enable capabilities for consumer product goods organizations
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to provide impactful thought leadership to senior stakeholders
