Sales & Protégé Opportunities – Farmers Insurance (California Licensed)
We’re partnering with Jose Moreano, District Manager with Farmers Insurance, to build a team of motivated licensed and newly licensed professionals for Sales and Protégé opportunities across the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County areas.

About the Opportunity
As part of the Farmers team, you’ll help clients protect what matters most while learning the business side of insurance from an experienced District Manager.
You’ll receive hands on mentorship, structured training, and access to Farmers’ established systems designed to help you succeed in both sales and leadership.
This role offers early flexibility, with many candidates beginning remotely during the initial development phase before transitioning into their long term agency or leadership role.

Sales Representative Path
Ideal for individuals ready to grow their income through insurance sales.
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Engage new and existing clients through calls, referrals, and networking
• Offer tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
• Access ongoing training, marketing support, and mentorship
Protégé / Leadership Path
Perfect for those interested in long term growth and leadership opportunities.
• Work closely with a District Manager while developing your sales and leadership skills
• Learn agency operations and business fundamentals
• Receive step by step guidance toward managing or launching your own agency in the future
• Participate in Farmers’ structured Reserve Program with remote flexibility during the early phase
Who You Are
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and or Life & Health in California
Newly licensed or in progress candidates encouraged to apply
• Confident communicator with a strong work ethic
• Self driven and motivated to grow
• Professional, organized, and coachable
• Interested in long term career advancement and leadership opportunities
Candidates with backgrounds in sales, management, or prior business ownership are also encouraged to apply. Farmers may assist qualified candidates with licensing support if needed.

Target Markets: San Fernando Valley and Ventura County
Remote flexibility may be available during the early training phase.
