Responsibilities
Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Develop and transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Proactively seek and convert outbound sales leads into appointments.
Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness, and communicate these details to real estate sales agents.
Maintain and manage the client database and productivity metrics.
Dedicate time to personal growth through continuous education and practice of scripts.
Establish yourself as a knowledgeable local expert in real estate.
Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
Accurately record activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional telephone skills
Sales experience tracking to a quota
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn and internalize scripts
Team player
Real estate license required
