What You'll Be Doing: Assist individuals in understanding their health coverage options and help them select the right products and services tailored to their needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, responding to inquiries with compassion and effective solutions. Engage with customers to identify additional needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. Complete the sales or renewal of health plans, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals. What You Bring to the Role: A current health insurance license in your state of residence. High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload). A minimum of six months of sales experience. Integrity to uphold HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy. A strong customer service orientation with empathy and active listening skills. A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer navigation skills.
