Lia Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency and part of a family-owned business. Our agency receives hundreds of leads each month from the Lia Auto Group dealerships, our website, and referrals. We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Agent who is looking to join a growing company and be part of our success.
We are looking for a motivated, goal-driven professional with a strong focus on customer service and a background in personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset to our sales team. As an Agent on the new business sales team, you will be responsible for offering all personal line products in an efficient and professional manner. Our list of more than a dozen quality carriers we can place business with, will ensure clients receive the best coverage to meet their needs.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Writing new agency business policies
Liaison between clients and carriers
Utilizing our Client Relationship Management system to track and document lead information
Building a relationship with auto dealership staff
Requirements
Property and Casualty Insurance License (Preferred)
One year of agency experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
