Legal Tech Senior Consultant - Financial Systems 3E & Aderant
Harbor is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our 3E and Aderant Applications Management team within our Legal Technology and Operations (LT+O) practice group. The Senior Consultant will work closely with a team of skilled individuals from a variety of technical and professional backgrounds across multiple time zones. Providing an excellent customer experience is an integral part of this role.
Requirements
ā¢ Provide application guidance to clients and collaborate with users to achieve their business needs
ā¢ Analyze and resolve complex application and technical issues
ā¢ Deliver new integrations and customizations as both a technical resource for configuration and a functional resource working closely with client teams
ā¢ Perform maintenance activities for our client integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
ā¢ Stay current with application releases
ā¢ Report back and collaborate with senior AMS management to address client or junior staff concerns
ā¢ Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members
ā¢ Contribute to the work of Applications Management Services, including:
ā¢ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
ā¢ Build trusted relationships with clients to effectively support long term service and growth
ā¢ Ensure that services are delivered, and client cases are updated in according to service level agreements (SLAs)
ā¢ Attend regular backlog review meetings
ā¢ Contribute to team Knowledge Base
ā¢ Provide best practices guidance and solutions based on business needs
ā¢ Work with cross-functional teams to delegate work as needed
ā¢ Attend client meetings
