Legal Nurse Consultant
Job Description: • Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases, providing our Expert Search team with the vital information needed to meticulously research and identify the most impactful expert witnesses. • Leverage your expertise in the review of medical records and summaries. • Actively assist our Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases and providing crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases. • Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes, collaborating seamlessly with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction. Requirements: • Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner • 1-2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting, preferred but not required. • Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • A true team player, demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.
