Weâre looking to add a Legal Nurse Consultant to our growing team.Job DescriptionThe Legal Nurse Consultant acts as an expert clinical and educational resource to clients by providing real-time advice on their cases but mainly intaking the details of their complex medical litigation.What youâll do:⢠Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on medical malpractice and personal injury cases so our Expert Search team can use the information to research and identify the best expert witnesses⢠Review medical records to concisely summarize fact patterns for use in expert witness outreach by our Expert Search team⢠Assist researchers on our Expert Search team by reviewing expert feedback to cases and helping to determine expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases⢠Provide consultative customer service to attorney-clients on phone and video case intakes and collaborate with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications⢠Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner⢠1-2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting preferred but not required⢠Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal⢠Teamwork and collaboration required, display of a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude⢠Experience working in a fast-paced environment with set performance metrics/goalsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
