Vice President, HR Business Partner
About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Lead HRBPs to design and implement talent projects aligned with business strategy and operational priorities
• Ensure the execution of key talent initiatives, including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews
• Support organizational changes and development as needed
• Establish partnerships with business leaders to influence talent decisions by providing tailored advice and expertise
• Use data to identify trends and work with business leaders to address root causes and develop effective solutions
• Advise managers on performance management processes, such as goal setting, feedback, and documentation of performance issues in partnership with Employee Relations
• Partner with HR functional teams (Employee Relations,
Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to execute business priorities and identify solutions
Requirements
• 5+ years or comparable experience as an HR business partner
• Advanced analytical skills, including experience using data analytics to generate insights and present findings
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations and materials
• Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Comfort presenting HR data and information to senior audiences
