Legal Expert with Experience in Amazon Product Policy Violations & Letter Drafting
We are seeking a skilled & experienced legal professional to assist with drafting a few appeal letters in response to product policy violations issued by Amazon. The violations are related to the sale of products that have been incorrectly or mistakenly identified as non-compliant by Amazon's team, possibly due to AI or their algorithm.
Key Responsibilities...
Review & understand the nature of the alleged product policy violations.
Draft compelling and well-structured appeal letters addressing the violations.
Provide legal arguments and evidence to refute the claims made by Amazon, ensuring compliance with relevant Indian laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong legal background with experience in Indian commercial law, particularly concerning product regulations.
Proven experience in handling Amazon policy violations, especially in the Indian marketplace would be preferred.
Excellent letter drafting and communication skills.
Familiarity with the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, and the Flag Code of India.
Understanding of regulations surrounding single-use plastics in India, including recent notifications and amendments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon India's marketplace policies.
Prior work involving disputes or policy violation appeals on e-commerce platforms.
