About the Role As Temu continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Legal Counsel, Trade and Customs to manage trade and customs legal matters in the US. Key Responsibilities Advise on U.S. and global trade regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, and other import-related issues. Support internal teams—logistics, customs—on compliance policies, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Draft and review trade-related agreements, filings, and guidance; manage and liaise with outside counsel. Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of legal experience in international trade, with experience in customs/import issues. Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills and experience partnering with logistics teams. Experience with custom/import issues in the e-commerce industry. Compensation & Benefits The total salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 annually, and the salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills, ensuring a competitive and attractive offer.
