As a Senior Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics, you will own the strategic direction and optimization of the Contract Lifecycle Management ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to enhance contracting infrastructure and drive AI enablement.ResponsibilitiesOwn the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, setting strategic direction for what to build, integrate, or optimize across Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce, and emerging tools, and translating that vision into a prioritized delivery planLead in-house builds and workflow development that extend beyond standard SaaS configuration, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to design scalable, integrated contracting solutionsDrive AI enablement for the Legal Operations team by identifying high-impact automation opportunities, standing up proof of concepts (e.g., N8N, Workato, Claude, Glean), and facilitating trainings, office hours, and adoption programs that raise the team's AI fluencyDevelop and manage the comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record for all agreements, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and data models that surface actionable insights to Institutional Sales and Legal leadershipCommunicate roadmap enhancements, program outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment on contracting priorities and technology investmentsLead large, cross-functional contracts initiatives end-to-end, managing dependencies across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance, and delivering on time and within scopeSkills8+ years of program or project management experience within Legal Operations, contract management, or a technology-driven operations function, with a track record of setting strategic direction for tooling and workflows, not just executing on themDemonstrated experience owning a technology roadmap and backlog, including prioritizing build-vs-buy decisions, scoping in-house development work, and partnering with engineering and architecture teams to deliver integrated solutionsExpert-level, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (Ironclad required), including workflow design, template management, reporting, and integration planning with platforms like SalesforceProven ability to drive AI and automation adoption within a team, including evaluating tools, building proof of concepts, and leading enablement programs that result in measurable workflow improvementsWorking knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools (e.g., Evisort), with experience in data extraction, metadata management, and building reporting frameworks that serve as the system of record for agreementsUtilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and qualityBenefitsEquity and bonus eligibilityBenefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))Company OverviewCoinbase is a crypto exchange and wallet platform that allows merchants and consumers to buy, sell, and store digital currencies.
