Position: Law Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$85ā$135/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Design realistic, end-to-end legal workflows to challenge current AI models.
ā¢ Grade agent performance in handling complex legal scenarios.
ā¢ Build scenarios for contract, commercial, compliance, regulatory, procurement, and litigation tasks.
ā¢ Evaluate contract drafting, redlining, regulatory analysis, and compliance program design.
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously to enhance AI model performance and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Work independently on long, focused sessions to improve AI model outputs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ JD required; 3+ years practicing in relevant legal fields.
ā¢ Working fluency in contract drafting, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
ā¢ Proficient in reading and producing legal artifacts.
ā¢ Clear written communication with step-by-step legal reasoning.
