Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Family Law Firm

Below are examples of tasks that are required to be concluded in this position:
⢠Monitor deadlines;
⢠Scheduling and calendaring of events;
⢠E-file and draft documents;
⢠Review, audit, and summarize financial documents;
⢠Propound and complete financial discovery;
⢠Summarize depositions;
⢠Litigation assistance by preparing charts and summaries;
⢠Prepare trial binders;
⢠Maintain legal files organization;
⢠Preliminary preparation for exhibits for hearings and trials.
Must have experience working in family law managing a case from beginning to conclusion. References and a writing sample along with your application are required. Applications without references, writing sample and the required test on indeed will not be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ā 40 per week
