Leasing Coordinator (3-5 Years of work Experience)

Specialized Property Management is looking for a full-time Leasing Coordinator . The ideal candidate must be a proactive process manager and strategic thinker who possesses excellent organizational skills, excels in a high-pressure environment, and demonstrates strong leadership and relationship skills. We offer: Yearly bonuses based on performance PTO Holidays Work Fully Remote Position Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end leasing workflow and overseeing the administrative pipeline for the Leasing Department Directing the prospective tenant database management and ensuring data integrity across all platforms Auditing rental property listings on the company website and third-party syndications for accuracy Reviewing and finalizing applications for available rental properties to ensure compliance with company standards Leading and participating in office meetings to report on leasing metrics and occupancy trends Developing and conducting training sessions for the leasing team as directed by the Manager Ensuring team adherence to all legal requirements and internal procedures required in this role Designing and implementing improvements for leasing procedures and operational processes Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a leasing or property management role Superior detail-orientation with a focus on process optimization and legal compliance Advanced analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on stakeholder management Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to drive departmental objectives Expert proficiency with Property Management Software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi), email, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results We are an Equal Opportunity Employer that highly values our employees and enjoys a very high employee retention rate.
