Learning Specialist

ABS Kids is looking for a Learning Specialist to join their team at the ABA Center in North or South Carolina. The role involves presenting training materials, troubleshooting training issues, and ensuring that all trainees complete required courses on time to support the mission of providing quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities Present all training materials both virtually and in person Troubleshoot any potential training problems with Regional Learning Coordinator/Director of Training Coordinate specialized training and credential management Coordinate shadow sessions Assist with keeping training curriculum up to date Assist with ensuring all trainees complete required courses by assigned due date Help with follow up after training to ensure satisfaction with program Be the point person for troubleshooting any technology, system, or other issues that may arise Organize and maintain training information and records Report to the Regional Learning Supervisors Skills Experience with Adult Learning to include how adults learn and acquire knowledge Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or higher through the BACB Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Experience in a training position Benefits Full benefits Casual work environment Opportunities for advancement Company Overview ABS Kids works with children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to reach breakthroughs.
