Mentor and guide a team of engineers to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python and Generative AI technology and incorporate them into the development process. Take ownership of the entire development cycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or roadblocks. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Continuously improve and optimize the performance of the Generative AI backend. Stay updated with industry trends and use that knowledge to drive innovation within the team. Communicate project progress and updates to the management team and stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert for Python and Generative AI within the organization. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and overall team success.
